ELE|NA, the spa and wellness brand from Atmosphere Wellness, marked its 10th anniversary with a celebratory event at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI on November 1, 2025. Senior leaders from Atmosphere Core, including Ashwin Handa, Chief Operating Officer – South Asia, and Abhijit Kumar Ghosh, Senior Vice President – Creative and Quality Assurance, addressed guests and reflected on the brand’s progress and future plans.

Established in 2015 as a wholly owned subsidiary of Atmosphere Core, ELE|NA operates spa and wellness sanctuaries across the group’s Maldives portfolio, including OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, OZEN LIFE MAADHOO, OBLU SELECT Sangeli, OBLU SELECT Lobigili, OBLU NATURE Helengeli by SENTIDO, OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi, VARU by Atmosphere, and RAAYA By Atmosphere. The brand’s programmes are built around “Wellness Your Way™”, offering tailored journeys, daily movement and mindfulness sessions, and integrated nutrition in resort settings.

At OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI, ELE|NA runs over-water and garden treatment spaces, a yoga pavilion and meditation areas, and hosts specialised retreats and workshops for guests. The spa’s menu features therapies such as floating meditation, sound healing and functional training, alongside resident practitioner programmes.

ELE|NA has introduced a partnership with VOYA, the Irish organic seaweed skincare brand, bringing ocean-inspired rituals to THE OZEN COLLECTION. Launched around World Ocean Day 2025, the collaboration is in place at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI and OZEN LIFE MAADHOO, adding seaweed-based therapies and retail to the spa experience.

VOYA’s formulations use sustainably hand-harvested Atlantic seaweed from the west coast of Ireland, drawing on the country’s seaweed-bath tradition and a focus on certified organic skincare. The range underpins new treatments and take-home products offered through ELE|NA’s spas at THE OZEN COLLECTION.

Speakers at the anniversary event outlined the brand’s expansion beyond the Maldives. ELE|NA has announced its debut in India and is developing partnerships and white-label concepts for new markets, aligning with Atmosphere Core’s broader growth in South Asia. Recent updates point to ELE|NA’s India roll-out and Atmosphere Core’s pipeline of properties across the country.

The brand’s development has included collaborations to extend wellness programming and diagnostics, as well as industry recognition across multiple awards. Earlier initiatives at OZEN RESERVE BOLIFUSHI introduced enhanced fitness and health personalisation in partnership with specialist providers; ELE|NA and its Maldives locations have also received regional and global accolades in recent years.

ELE|NA by Atmosphere Wellness provides spa and wellness management for luxury hotels and resorts, with a focus on personalised therapies, movement and mindfulness, and nature-based settings. The brand operates across Atmosphere Core resorts in the Maldives and is expanding into India and other South Asian markets.
