Romantic Beach Dinners at Veligandu this August

Veligandu Island Resort & Spa is inviting guests to experience romantic beach dining adventures prepared for the month of August.


According to the resort, the dining experiences comes combined with the idyllic holiday location on the beach, the fantastic company of loved ones, specially prepared cuisine by the resort chefs and personalised service from the resort's teams.


Guests can look forward to "The Sunset Seafood Dinners" which hold promise to be a truly romantic experience on  Thursday, 2nd August, Sunday, 12th August and Tuesday, 21st August at the Madivaru Beach from 1900.


Tuesday 7th August, as well as Fridays 17th and 31st August are reserved for the special "Bubbles and Lobster Dinners" where guests can relish an evening of sparkling champagne combined with the taste of fresh and well-prepared lobster delights at Pool Beach from 1930.


The "Romantic Full Moon Dinner" on Sunday, 26th August is set to be the highlight of the month, offering the magic of the full moon radiating above the Indian Ocean and an enticing menu at Pool Beach from 1930. 


Veligandu is a four-star and offers a perfect small island getaway holiday, including an All Inclusive Plan option. Fringed with white beaches and featuring a huge 80 m sandbank at one end, Veligandu is a very popular and smart option because of the affordable price range it provides for good accommodation.


Rooms are comfortable, attractive and stylish; nearly all of them are over water. The island is rightly famous for its great beaches and is located on a beautiful lagoon. The main Dhonveli restaurant serves up buffets three times a day and has a good Maldivian night each Friday, showcasing local food. The à la carte Madivaru restaurant is open in the evenings for a quieter and more romantic dinner.
