MATATO to Stage a Leadership Training Program with Dr. Micheal Brenner

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operator (MATATO) in partnership with Mequire Rens and Jones, Srilanka, is set to stage renowned speaker, author and leadership coach Dr Micheal Y. Brenner for a leadership training program on 12th July 2018 in the Maldives.

According to MATATO, this one day program will be held at Champa Central Hotel Male and will target executives and those at managerial and leadership positions. Participants will explore characteristics of influential leaders and the skills as well as practices that they employ for effective leadership.

As president of Right Chord Leadership, Dr Micheal Brenner has helped busy leaders cultivate more effective terms, creative cultures and productive employees. Dr Brenner has worked with many companies including software giant Sap, AVC, Lockheed Martin and aircraft manufacturer Boeing. He is also a renowned author with multiple titles on leadership.

This is the second training program hosted by MATATO in 2018 under the initiative to contribute to human capacity building in the travel industry. Similar programs were conducted in  2017 with success and in partnership with Mequire Rens and Jones who are facilitating MATATO with their extensive resources and connections to bring some of the most renowned programs and speakers to the Maldives.

Registration for this program is open for members and non-members of the organisation. Registrations are accepted through 7th July 2018.

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) is a non-profit organisation that has been working the last ten years to foster and promotes SMEs of local travel agents.

The association has engaged themselves in various activities over the years from advocacy, training, and workshops, travel trade fairs in many parts of the world, media FAM trips, government lobbying, recognition programs such as Awards, travel conferences and forums, publications, destination marketing, whistle-blower programs, representation and much more.
