Paul Jones of Lux Collective, owner and manager of LUX* Resorts and Hotels brand has reached out to assure all on the measures being taken under The Lux Collectives commitment in putting guests and team members well-being at the core of its decisions amidst this worldwide outbreak.
"The wellbeing of our guests and team members have always
been our utmost priority. We strive to stay on top of this evolving situation
and be proactive through enhanced sanitation protocols as well as scrupulously
following the recommendations by respected health organisations, government and
regulators worldwide. We do, however, also understand that some guests may
still have concerns, and we are here to answer any questions or provide any
assistance we can," said Paul.
Actions implemented at the LUX* resorts and hotels include:
- All team members have been sensitised to the precautionary
measures taken, which
- include workplace hygiene etiquette, self-care and caring
for others, and ongoing
- communication to ensure continuous sensing and response
capabilities
- A hand sanitisation protocol has been rolled out across all
properties in both guest and heart-of-the-house areas
- We are checking the temperatures of our guests and team members
daily
- We have onsite doctors and/or nurses in all of our resorts
to address any concerns guests may have, or if they are feeling unwell
- Frequent disinfection and sanitization of public areas,
including doorknobs, counter tops and high touch point areas
- All guests and team members are also required to declare
their country of origin and latest travel history
- We are collaborating closely with government officials to
stay up-to-date on the latest policies
