The Maldives Association of Travel Agents & Tour Operators (MATATO) that the company in affiliation with tourism industry partners will be participating at the International Travel Expo Hong Kong (ITE) 2018, held in Hong Kong from 14th to 17th June 2018.

MATATO will be hosting destination pavilion with the industry stakeholders. Exhibitors include the Villa Hotels & Resorts, Exciting Travel Holidays, Vista Company & Travel Services Pvt Ltd and Velana Beach.

ITE Hong Kong which is the citys only travel fair, also covering the neighbouring cities such as Southern China.  The 32nd ITE Hong Kong & 13th ITE MICE will be held from 14 to 17 June 2018 at Halls 1A to 1E, Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre with the first two days are B2B and last two days for B2C.  

Maldives Association of Travel Agents and Tour Operators (MATATO) is a non-profit organisation that has been working the last ten years to foster and promotes SMEs of local travel agents.

The association has engaged themselves in various activities over the years from advocacy, training, and workshops, travel trade fairs in many parts of the world, media FAM trips, government lobbying, recognition programs such as Awards, travel conferences and forums, publications, destination marketing, whistle-blower programs, representation and much more.
