Crown & Champa Resorts Appoints Mohamed Solah as Chief Operating Officer

Leading local hospitality company, Crown & Champa Resorts (CCR) has appointed Mohamed Solah as the new Chief Operating Officer of the business.  

Solah joins CCR from his previous position as Cluster General Manager of Zaya Hospitality in Dubai. He is one of the few Maldivians to have worked as a General Manager out of Maldives.  

Solah acquired a wealth of experience within Crown & Champa Resorts, where he started his career in 2002 and has worked at most of the Crown’s properties and was appointed as General Manager of Komandoo Resort in 2018 at the age of 25, youngest General Manager to have ever been appointed in Maldives.  

Solah also gained extensive experience during his time abroad, most notably at Hilton Seychelles Northolme Resort & Spa and Zaya Hospitality.  

With more than 40 years of experience creating memorable holiday experiences, Crown & Champa Resorts’ Collection includes Kudadoo Maldives Private Island, Hurawalhi Island Resort, Kagi Maldives Spa Island, Veligandu Island Resort & Spa, Komandoo Island Resort & Spa, Meeru Island Resort & Spa, Vilamendoo Island Resort & Spa, Kuredu Island Resort & Spa and Innahura Maldives Resort.
