Ahead of the mission, the resort’s leadership team participated in a LeadLab Training Workshop focused on empathy, sincerity, and authentic leadership. For weeks, they dedicated themselves to planning and preparing the experience with care, reflecting the values of respect, generosity, and sincerity that define Constance Hotels & Resorts.
