A native of Toulouse in South West France, Chef Pascal’s culinary prowess stems from his deep-rooted passion for exquisite flavours and culinary innovation. Mentored by renowned chefs Gerard Vie, Alain Dutournier, and Guy Savoy, Pascal’s culinary journey has been nothing short of extraordinary.

As a Michelin-starred chef and restaurateur, Pascal, alongside his business partner Vincent Labeyrie, oversees a constellation of acclaimed restaurants and bars across London, each celebrating the rich culinary heritage of France and his cherished Gascony. From the iconic Club Gascon, which has retained its Michelin Star since 2002, to the introduction of innovative concepts such as ‘Duck’N Roll’ at Street Feast’s Hawker House, Pascal’s culinary prowess continues to redefine London’s food scene.

Chef Pascal’s culinary prowess shines brightly through his numerous accolades, including the coveted ‘Best in Taste’ award at Taste of London, clinched three times in the last four years. His innovative creations, such as the ‘Marmite Royale & Soldiers’, ‘Croque Gascon’,  and the tantalising ‘Foie Gras Burger with Truffle Chantilly’ have left an indelible mark on the gastronomic scene, captivating taste buds and judges alike. Furthermore, in 2016, Pascal’s culinary ingenuity earned him the distinguished title of winning the ‘Best International Dish’ with his exquisite creation, the ‘Slow-cooked, truffled duck egg in the nest’.
