InterContinental Maldives Maamunagau Resort encourages guests to embark on a wellness journey during World Wellness Weekend, scheduled for 19 to 21 September 2025. For three days, the resort will offer a range of rejuvenating activities aimed at energizing the body, restoring harmony, and uplifting the spirit, all within the peaceful setting of Maamunagau Island.
The festivities commence on Friday, 19 September, featuring a Morning Fun Run, a Nutrient Breakfast Option, and Meditation & Sound Therapy at the Yoga Pavilion.
On Saturday, 20 September, visitors can kick off their day with Power Yoga, refresh with Aqua Aerobics at the Main Pool, and conclude the day with an energetic beach Volleyball Match in the evening.
The weekend wraps up on Sunday, 21 September, with Sunrise Yoga, succeeded by Yoga Nidra for Sleep Improvement, allowing guests to feel rejuvenated and harmonized as the festivities end.
