Le Méridien Maldives Resort & Spa launches Marriott Development Academy (#mda) for all associates at the resort - committing to the development of its people.  

Associates from different areas and different job functions enrolled for MDA with the support and guidance from their Direct Managers, informed the resort.  

Marriott Development Academy (MDA) is an integrated program that adopts a blended learning technique that allows each associate to take charge of their development journey through a self-paced learning approach. Designed for a diverse global audience, MDA is Marriott’s revolutionary approach to learning and development. 

All participants will secure certificates based on a credit system and enjoy flexibility in selection and sequence of course completion.
