Hurawalhi Island Resort is will be adding a dash of excitement to the mix by hosting world-class two Michelin-star chef Stefan Heilemann at the resorts 5.8 Undersea Restaurant on the 4th, 5th, 10th and 11th of August 2020.

Chef Stefan, the Executive Chef at famed Ecco Zürich restaurant in the Atlantis by Giardino, will offer diners the chance to savour fine cuisine below the ocean. Said to have the precision of a watchmaker and the curiosity of a biologist, Chef Stefan promises daring lunch and dinner set menus that are bound to dazzle and delight, at the worlds largest all-glass undersea restaurant.

For the limited time in August, guests can treat their palates to an explosion of Michelin-recognised flavours, specially curated by Chef Stefan Heilemann for a limited time this August. 5.8 Undersea Restaurant only seats 10 couples, therefore guests are advised to make reservations well in advanced. (Available for 6pm dinner sittings only. Regular prices of menus apply).

Chef Stefan hosted his immaculate creations at the 5.8 Undersea Restaurant in January 2018 as well.
