Villa College and Maldivian has signed a Memorandum of Understanding to commence an Internship Program for their National CIII in Reservation and Ticketing students.
Deputy Managing Director Aishath Jenifer signed the MOU on behalf of Island Aviation Services Limited, and Dr. Ahmed Anwar, Rector of Villa College, signed on behalf of Villa College.
This is an initiative to provide a meaningful learning experience for students involved in various fields of education to further enhance their professional experience.
According to the Deputy Managing Director, who spoke on the occasion, on-campus placements would be formed through affiliating with institutions around the Maldives.
"Through this strategic initiative, the airline will be able to gain a competitive edge in the form of human capital. We want to cultivate an engaged staff, and any initiative such as this will help us reach our corporate goals," said Jennifer.
