Rifaath first joined Dusit Thani Maldives in 2011 as part of the pre-opening team, quickly rising through the ranks to become Director of Sales before her departure in 2016. With over 15 years of experience in the Maldivian luxury resort industry, she possesses a deep understanding of the market and a proven track record of success.

Prior to her return, Rifaath served as Director of Sales & Marketing at Amari Raaya Maldives during its pre-opening phase. She also held the position of Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing at OBLU XPERIENCE Ailafushi and OBLU SELECT Lobigili. Throughout her career, Rifaath has also held positions at prestigious resorts such as Kandima Maldives, Kurumba Maldives, Velassaru Maldives, W Maldives, and Sheraton Maldives Full Moon Resort & Spa.
