Velaa Private Island collaborates with Michelin-star chefs in November 2019

Velaa Private Island is dishing up a four-hands dining experience where international Michelin-starred chefs collaborate with Velaas Michelin-star-trained executive chef, Gaushan De Silva on a gastronomic menu, throughout the month of November.

Visiting chefs include Denmarks Brian Mark Hansen, Netherlands Alain Alders, Italian chef Valentino Cassanelli and German-based Tristan Brandt.

The four-hands meals take diners on a single, multi-course gastronomic journey. Working in delicious harmony with chef De Silva, the resulting cuisine will be a combination of each chefs culinary techniques, signature dishes and respective cultures.

Dishes prepared will be served at the propertys dining venue, Aragu restaurant.
