From 28 March 8 April, the celebrated founder of global healthy living phenomenon Bodyism will be on-island to personally guide guests through individually tailored one, three and five-day wellness journeys focused on the four pillars of health: Movement, Nutrition, Sleep and Mindset.

In 2006 Bodyism founder James Duigan made it his mission to transform peoples lives by empowering them to realise their physical and mental potential, so they can experience a happier and healthier life. 

While building a glittering celebrity client list as a highly sought-after personal trainer, James began to focus on listening to his clients bodies, so they could improve their range of movement and posture, and enjoy injury-free movement for years to come and the Bodyism concept was born. 

Later, after realising that many of his clients struggled to find time to eat well, James and his wife and business partner Christiane devised the Clean and Lean philosophy, encouraging people to nourish their bodies from the inside out through mindful eating, regular exercise and healthy long-term lifestyle decisions.

As part of the global network of Bodyism wellness hubs, Amillas Javvu Spa offers signature personal training, classes and sessions to help guests transform their bodies and feel amazing.
