Alizee Restaurant of Constance Moofushi introduces new menu

Alizee restaurant of Constance Moofushi has introduced a brand-new delicious menu.

Menu consists and embraces the different specialties of the native countries of its team members. For instance, the menu features Quinoa Biryani from a Pakistani chef on the team and Foie Gras Terrine from a European chef, in addition to being part of the resorts all-inclusive package. 

Here are some of the favourites from the delicious new menu:

Foie Gras Terrine

Chicken Mousse

Compressed Watermelon and Cucumber, Orange gel, cold Avocado crème and Velvet Tomato.

          Quinoa biryani, Coconut yoghurt raita and Sweet Potato chips. 

New sweet treats are included in the menu as well. They are:

  • Salted caramel: salted caramel mousse tart with lemongrass ice cream.
  • Cheesecake: passion fruit cheesecake with Thai basil sorbet
  • Coconut pudding: warm pudding, vanilla cream, raspberry sorbet, and almond chocolate crumble

Alizée offers an à la carte menu and is situated only a few metres from the sea on the bleached sand, serving up freshly cooked food from a beach grill in a peaceful and casual atmosphere. Manta restaurant embraces a worldwide cuisine concept, where the main focus is the interaction between chefs and guests as they journey through the international buffet. The sand-floored restaurant extends out over the water, allowing guests to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscapes crystal-clear waters during their meal, adding to the ambiance.
