New tourism brand targeting Muslim visitors, ‘Maldives Halaal Tourism’ has been officially launched during Arabian Travel Market (ATM) 2021 held in Dubai.
Maldives Halaal Tourism was launched by the Managing Director of Maldives Marketing and Public Relations Corporation, Thoyyib Mohamed. The brand’s Managing Director, Hassan Sunny informed that the Arabian market is worth over 185 billion US Dollars and the aim of this brand is to increase the number of Arab tourist arrivals to the Maldives.
He further highlighted that the COVID-19 pandemic has taught everyone the importance of diversification present in the Maldives’ tourism sector. Maldives Halaal Tourism will offer its target guests the most affordable prices and discounts for their most–anticipated vacation in the Maldives. Additionally, it will be promoted through an official magazine and other relevant platforms easily accessible to Muslim travellers.
