Heritance Aarah, Maldives operates with the belief that luxury does not end at superlative comfort; but that it means meeting guests needs and exceeding their expectations during their stay.

The 150 villas, All Inclusive resort is known for its superlative service standards which has resulted in being accredited among the world’s Best All-Inclusive Resorts by TripAdvisor for the second consecutive year. Given its commitment in presenting service from the heart, the resort recently concluded a tailored program for butlers to ensure a proactive and customized service that would assure a memorable stay for its discerning guests.

Organized by the Resort’s Learning and Development team, the 10-day Signature Butler Training Program titled ‘True Art of Service’ added value to the resort’s Butler network with a comprehensive upskill program covering close to 40 topics.

Held for the fifth consecutive year, the training focused on creating a very special elite task force of butlers practicing nothing but excellent heart-based hospitality.

Having understood that one of the best ways a company can encourage social responsibility is by engaging with the local community, a special CSR initiative was incorporated to the Butler Training Program. A Training scholarship was awarded to the best graduate of Meedhu Education Centre to join hands with Heritance Aarah by participating in the said training program.

Heritance Aarah is expected to continue this program with year-on-year enhancements as part of its commitment to extending and creating a superior service culture.
