Kuredu resort Maldives has announced the opening of their brand new gym in a specially designed two story building with one of the most breath taking views in the resort.

Replacing the old gym, which was located in the center of the island, the new gym offers a fantastic place for working out-fully stored with different kinds of equipment and various services.

The facilities are available for all guests to use free of charge, and the resorts team members are on hand to help out and provide introductions to any equipment the guests may be unfamiliar with.

The larger new gym has a downstairs area, dedicated to yoga, stretching and floor work exercise, whilst upstairs those wanting to work with weights or cardio equipment can enjoy a stunning view over the turquoise waters of Kuredus lagoon, out towards the house reef. 

Furthermore the new building also houses showers and changing facilities, so guests can complete their cool down routine at the gym without having to return to villa.

Kuredus gym is also where the guests sign up for yoga sessions, tennis and badminton, and the place to rent a bike in the resort as well.
