Chef Jean will be working together and creating innovative, imaginative dishes with Chef Oliver Ramos, the Executive Chef at Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa. Their dishes will mainly be French cuisine with exquisitely balanced flavors that will be a treat for gastronomic adventure for the guests.
