Joy Island recently concluded its inaugural Gourmet Week of 2024, running from January 10 to January 20. The event, a collaborative effort with Chef Theo Penati from Pierino Penati’s Restaurant in Brianza, showcased an exceptional culinary experience for patrons.

Chef Theo Penati, renowned for his Michelin-starred expertise, treated guests to a selection of his signature Italian dishes during the event. His culinary creations seamlessly blend contemporary innovations with traditional Italian flavors, reflecting the epitome of Italian gastronomy.

Joy Island, boasting 151 meticulously designed rooms, features 60 overwater accommodations offering stunning vistas of the Indian Ocean, along with 91 beachfront rooms ensconced within lush tropical foliage. From spacious villas to opulent suites, each lodging is crafted to ensure the utmost comfort for guests.

Dining at Joy Island encompasses a diverse array of gastronomic delights across three restaurants and a bar. The main restaurant, THE MARKET, entices visitors with live cooking stations presenting an eclectic range of culinary offerings. PALM BEACH Restaurant offers à la carte dining experiences on the beach, providing panoramic views of the Indian Ocean. Meanwhile, Il BASILICO specializes in authentic Italian wood-fired oven-baked pizzas. The RAINBOW Bar serves as a vibrant hub for libations and nightly entertainment, enveloped in the island's joyful ambiance.
