New Dubai Tower to become Worlds Tallest Hotel

Ciel Hotel, the First Group's 82-level project will be breaking Dubai's own record of accommodating the world's tallest hotel.

The project under development in Dubai Marina will reach a height of 360.4 metres, which is 4 metres taller than the current title holder, the Gevora on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Designed by architectural firm, Norr, Ciel will house 1,209 luxury suites and serviced residences split across 82 floors. The hotel will be comprised of contemporary interiors with a side of luxury and allocated green spaces in addition to a glass observation deck with 360-degree views over Dubai Marina, The Palm Jumeirah and the Arabian Gulf, Ciel's rooftop will also have a leisure deck, a bar and an infinity swimming pool that will be one of the highest in the world.

Ciel will house two new restaurants, which are yet to be known. However, guests will be able to enjoy towering skyline views alongside their meal while dining.

At this week's 2019 International property awards in London, Ciel took home awards for Best International Hotel Architecture, Best Hotel Architecture Arabia and Best Residential High-rise Architecture Arabia.
