From September 8 to 19, 2024, Maldivian resorts will showcase vibrant Southeast Asian cuisine through a unique partnership between Bestbuy Maldives (BBM) and Vismark Food Industries. Vismark’s Corporate Chef Samson Lim, along with BBM’s team, will lead live cooking demonstrations at select resorts, introducing new flavors and techniques to inspire chefs.

Chef Samson Lim is thrilled about the collaboration, stating, “I’m excited to work with the talented chefs of the Maldives. These sessions are about sharing techniques and introducing key Southeast Asian ingredients like dim sum, paus, sambal, and laksa pastes—ingredients that can transform resort menus.”
