The Nautilus invites guests on a unique wellness journey with experts from Ananda in the Himalayas, one of the world’s leading luxury wellness retreats, this April from 7th to 11th. Sandeep Agarwalla, Head of Yoga, Ananda in the Himalayas, and Ananda’s Executive Chef Diwaker Balodi will guide an intimate group of participants on a unique 4-day journey comprising traditional yoga and meditation and Ayurveda based gourmet healthy cuisine.

The four-day retreat at The Nautilus curated by Ananda in the Himalayas provides an opportunity to understand and practice the traditional Asanas, Pranayama and Meditation in a natural and pure environment. The Yoga & Meditation are offered in a progressive format where you build upon the practice each day. Group format activities/sessions encourages social interaction amongst group members and the Yoga teacher
Participate in daily morning practice of Asanas, Pranayama and Mantra chanting. The Meditation sessions are aimed at progressively taking the journey of body & mind forward, going deeper into mental stability and clarity.
The immersive wellness experience is enhanced with the unique Ananda gourmet Ayurveda cuisine offerings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can nurture your body with healthy gourmet cuisine prepared by the Chef Diwaker Balodi. The daily specially curated selection of dishes is prepared with fresh ingredients using Ayurvedic principles of cooking and will be customised to suit your body type to nourish and heal from within.
