MATATO Announces Two Training Programs Under Human Capacity Development Initiative

We are pleased to announce that MATATO, in partnership with McQuire Rens & Jones, will be conducting two training programs in July 2019, targeted for hospitality and service industry. McQuire Rens & Jones is a leading training institute based in Sri Lanka, featuring a popular portfolio of corporate training programs.

The two programs that we are featuring in Maldives are selected for their success in Sri Lanka and also for the response from members and partners companies who have participated in MATATO training events.

1. SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING AND ONLINE BRANDING - Scheduled for 10th July 2019

2. CUSTOMER COMPLAINT HANDLING  - Scheduled for 11th July 2019 

Both training programs will be conducted in Male. The training initiatives are intend to develop human capacity and skill in tourism industry, thus MATATOs training programs are mainly targeted for hospitality sector. However, most of these programs are beneficial for employers and employees across the board in service industry. Participation in MATATO training programs are open for all, and we encourage and welcome participation from public and corporate service sectors. MATATO members are offered discounted prices for participation in all our programs and special corporate discounts will be available for 3 and more participants.  

Annually, MATATO collaborates with McQuire Rens & Jones to bring their premium programs to Maldives. In 2014, MATATO collaborated on the first Social Media Marketing training, executed successfully with more than 60 participants from hotel industry. In 2016, MATATO invited renowned speaker and bestselling author, Dr. Joel Freeman for another eventful program well reviewed by the participants.
