JOALI Maldives has unveiled an exclusive private seaplane in
partnership with Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA).
The new private seaplane allows guests to avoid waiting
time and effortlessly skip the crowds with a private, direct flight that is
reflective of the luxury of the JOALI experience.
Fitted with the finest leather and high-quality noise
cancelling headsets, JOALIs private seaplane is scheduled for 8 guests,
allowing comfort and ease with a joyful touch. Additional offerings for each
guests include a VIP welcome along with complimentary refreshments and the
opportunity to freshen up in the private seaplane lounge.
JOALIs branded seaplane started operating from the 1st of March 2020 by Trans Maldivian Airways (TMA), which boasts the largest seaplane operation in the world.

After cutting the ribbon, signifying the official launch of
the aircraft, the guests enjoyed the picturesque journey from Velana
International Airport to the resort. The seaplane journey is often cited as one
of the most memorable moments of a Maldives holiday.
Opened as the first art immersive luxury hotel in the region, JOALI offers unconventional luxury through the lens of the resorts "Joie de Vivre" philosophy, welcoming guests to celebrate the joy in every passing moment. The resort is located on its own private island in the picturesque Raa Atoll, which is a 45-minute seaplane ride to the island. Guests also have the option to transfer from Male' to Ifuru Airport by a 45-minute domestic flight followed by a 25-minute speedboat ride to the resort.
