With over two decades of experience in the Maldives’ luxury hospitality industry, Chloe brings a wealth of expertise, a deep understanding of the market, and an authentic connection to the destination.
Having spent twenty years immersed in both the resort and tour operator sides of the business, Chloe’s journey has been defined by versatility and passion. Her extensive background spans sales, marketing, resort operations, guest experience, and leadership, enriched by visiting nearly a hundred island resorts. This first-hand experience gives her an intimate appreciation for what makes each Maldivian resort unique and a rare ability to connect with both partners and guests on a personal level.
Lily Hotels stood out to me for being authentically Maldivian, rooted in the country’s hospitality heritage,” shares Chloe. “I was drawn to that sincerity, the warmth of the people, and the pride in creating meaningful guest experiences with a true sense of place.”
In her new role, Chloe aims to strengthen Lily Hotels’ presence across key European markets, building strategic partnerships and refining the storytelling around both Lily Beach and Hideaway. Her focus will be on elevating brand positioning, amplifying visibility, and deepening engagement with trade partners and travellers alike.
At Hideaway Beach Resort & Spa, Chloe plans to spotlight its Signature Collection, award-winning sports facilities, and renowned house reef, while for Lily Beach, she will continue to champion the resort’s Platinum Plan, family-friendly offerings, and marine-rich location.
Reflecting on the ever-evolving industry, Chloe notes that travellers today are seeking individuality, space, and emotional connection rather than luxury for its name’s sake. “The Maldives is perfectly positioned for this shift,” she says. “Guests are becoming more value-conscious yet experience-driven, and Lily Hotels, with its authenticity and soul, embodies exactly what today’s travellers desire.”
