Lot Polish Airlines has launched operation of charter flights between Prague, Czech Republic and Maldives starting October 27, 2021. 

The airline initially commenced charter operations to the Maldives in February 2021 from Poland, carrying total 250 passengers.  

According to Sun Ocean Maldives, the local travel agency to arrange the flights, it is expected to bring in over 1150 Polish tourists to the Maldives every week. 

LOT Polish Airlines, legally incorporated as Polski Linie Lotnicze LOT S.A, is the flag carrier of Poland. Based in Warsaw and established on 29 December 1928, LOT Polish Airlines is one of the world’s oldest airlines in operation. The launch of charter flights between Prague and Maldives will see an increase in arrivals from the region.
