The first Private Jet Lands in Kooddoo Airport

The first ever private jet has landed at Ga. Kooddoo Airport making history.

Kooddoo Airport has been expanded to 1800 meters and is designed in such a way that airbuses and 17-seat jets can land. Moreover, the terminal consists of a first-class VIP and a CIP lounge in addition to two developed accommodation blocks.

The jet landed at Kooddoo Airport around 13:10hrs yesterday afternoon.

CEO of Kooddoo Airport, Mohamed Ali Janah expressed that it was a pleasure to have a private jet land at Kooddoo Airport. Currently, a major project is ongoing in Ga. Atoll to develop two resorts by his HRC Company. West Indese's former cricketer Brian Lara was onboard and is vacationing in Gdh. Atoll at the moment.

Janah confirmed that more of these jets will land at the airport in the future and parking facilities for private jets have been established in the airport. He further informed that more facilities will be built at the airport targeted for high profile guests as well.

Kooddoo airport is a category C airport and is the world's first airport that is developed with a resort. The airport is developed by Singapore's Kiong Hong Construction in collaboration with Janah's Resort and Hotel Construction company.
