Ooredoo Maldives Announces its Upgraded Run - “Ooredoo Fun Run”

Ooredoo Maldives has announced its upgraded fun 5K, Ooredoo Fun Run – the happiest run in the Maldives. This upgraded version of Ooredoo Color Run, the most anticipated run is a fun-filled 5K run designed to be enjoyed by families and friends of all ages is to be held in Hulhumale’ on December 23, 2022.  

Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer of Ooredoo Maldives, Khalid Al- Hamadi said: “With our new tagline “Upgrade Your World”, we are taking our products, services and events to the next level. And today, After a long break from community gathering activities, we’re excited to announce and relaunch of the upgraded version of Ooredoo Color run as Ooredoo Fun Run with more exciting fun activities that goes beyond just colors. Ooredoo Fun Run will be the Happiest Run in the Maldives and can be enjoyed by families and friends of all ages. The running community in the Maldives has tremendously grown over the years and our aim is to encourage and inspire more people to participate in this positive trend and be a part of the Happiest Run in the Maldives.”

Ooredoo Fun Run aims to promote running as a fun way to maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. As a untimed and fun-filled 5K, the event welcomes both new and experienced runners to join in the excitement. Each kilometre covered will be celebrated with a unique fun station with colours, water and fun obstacles. As the run is not a timed event, participants can choose to walk, jog, run or dance to the finish line, where their efforts will be celebrated in style with a foam party, finisher medals & a music show.
