Kaani Hotels and Resorts, the leading hotels & guesthouse chain in the Maldives, yesterday at WTM London, announced the expansion of its portfolio with its fifth and most ambitious property to date - Kaani Haven Beach. Set to open in Q3 2025, this flagship hotel marks the group's first venture into Alif Alif Atoll, Ukulhas, further solidifying Kaani's position as a dominant force in the Maldivian tourism sector.

Kaani Haven Beach will showcase the finest elements of the brand while introducing unprecedented offerings to Ukulhas. The property will feature spacious 144 rooms, including 11 Romantic Honeymoon Haven suites with jacuzzi, and 72 Deluxe Family Haven rooms and Deluxe Haven rooms with sea view and island view options.
The crown jewel of the property is the infinity pool perched on the rooftop, which will feature endless, uninterrupted views of the Indian Ocean alongside a rooftop restaurant. The hotel will also include a kids' club, a spa, a gym, indoor games, and many curated experiences for which Kaani is famous.
In preparation for this momentous opening, Kaani Hotels and Resorts will launch a recruitment drive in Q2 2025, seeking exceptional talent across all departments. We will focus on school leavers and interested youth who are looking for professional development in hospitality careers. The group is committed to maintaining its high standards of service excellence across all properties, with special emphasis on its new location.
