Emirates has once again been awarded 'Best Airline in the World' at the ULTRAs 2024 Awards, recognized by thousands of global travelers for its superior products, innovative services, and excellent value. This honor, along with over 20 other awards this year, highlights Emirates’ commitment to delivering exceptional experiences, including recent recognition as the 'World Best Airline' by Telegraph Travel and 'Best Airline' by The Times and Sunday Times Travel Awards.

At the ULTRAs ceremony at Kensington Palace, attended by industry leaders, Emirates executives Thierry Aucoc and Jabr Al-Azeeby accepted the award. Sir Tim Clark, President of Emirates, noted that the airline’s ongoing investments in technology, staff, and infrastructure continually raise the travel experience, as demonstrated by the multi-billion dollar refurbishment of over 200 aircraft.

Emirates’ recent initiatives include eight fully refurbished A380s and Boeing 777s, the opening of premium lounges at major airports like London Stansted, and expanded experiential stores in cities such as Hong Kong and Paris. Its global network also continues to grow with new routes to Phnom Penh, Bogotá, and Madagascar.

Additionally, Emirates was awarded the 2025 APEX World Class Airline title for excellence in customer service, safety, sustainability, and the travel experience. The airline also received multiple Forbes Travel Guide awards for its culinary program, First Class, and lounges. Operating the world’s largest fleet of Boeing 777 and Airbus A380 aircraft, Emirates offers spacious cabins and unique inflight amenities like the A380 Shower Spa and Onboard Lounge. The award-winning 'ice' entertainment system, recently enhanced with a Spotify collaboration, continues to be a key part of the Emirates experience, recently recognized as the 'Best Inflight Entertainment' at the 2024 Business Traveller Awards.
