Indian tourist arrivals to Sri Lanka have gone up by 15% since the beginning of this year, with 237,369 arrivals recorded up to July. Sri Lanka Tourism is now working towards increasing the number to nearly 400,000 visitors this year while substantially raising the percentage of Indian travellers by that time.
