The biggest marine exhibition in the Maldives, Maldives Marine expo (MME) 2017 has kicked off today and will be open till the 11th of September from 1400hrs to 2200hrs at Dharubaaruge.

This year, Maldives Marine Expo kicks of with a humble theme focused on environmental sustainability and will focus on the environmental issues threatening the marine industry of the Maldives. 

Together with "BLAK" the event organisers for MME, The live aboard association of Maldives (LAM) have taken on the bold approach to bring the subject of environmental sustainability to the foreground of this event, where private companies, government authorities and local and international NGOs take the floor to identify practical solutions that would bring immediate improvements to the increasing environmental issues in the marine industry of Maldives.

In addition to a Business Centre, Seminar Hall, Stage, Coffee lounge, wifi , Exhibitor awards and marine talks, This year at MME keynote speeches, visitor lucky draws, an underwater experience zone and a national art competition is currently underway at the event.

Maldives Marine Expo is the official exhibition of the Liveaboard Association of Maldives. LAM is the official representative body for the Liveabaord industry of Maldives. The association was founded in 2007 and 2017 marks the 10 year anniversary of LAM.

Maldives Marine Expo is organised and conducted by BLAK as the official Event Manager of the show. Blak Pvt.
