With over 20 years of hospitality experience, Stanislaw Pajdzinski from Gdansk, Poland, has joined Mövenpick Resort Kuredhivaru Maldives as General Manager.
Stanislaw has spent 16 years with Accor, working in a variety of destinations across Europe and Asia such as Katowice, Warsaw, Bali and Jakarta. A specialist in food and beverage, Stanislaw joins Mövenpick from Novotel Yogyakarta in Java, Indonesia – another branch of the Accor family – where he was General Manager for the last two and a half years. During this period, he led the hotel through a major renovation of all public areas, and spearheaded innovative and effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, exceeding projected revenues by twenty percent in 2019.
Stanislaw stated: “I’m very much looking forward to leading the resort opening on October 1, and the recovery from the unprecedented pandemic the world has experienced through 2020. I am fully confident that my team and I will come back with a burst of energy after the recent closure and live by the Mövenpick promise ‘we make moments’.”
