Foundation Laying Ceremony of One Central Park

Assotech Realty, one of the India’s well-known developers for its iconic projects in housing, offices, retail and hospitality development have proudly held the “Grand Foundation Laying Ceremony of One Central Park" at Hulhumale’, Maldives today. The event was co-hosted by Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt Ltd (RCC) as the partnered contractor. Sandal Mauritius is a special branch of Assotech Realty Pvt. Ltd., taking up the development of One Central Park at Hulhumale’, Maldives.  

One Central Park is located at the most premium city of Maldives - in the heart of smart city - Hulhumale’; as it is the very first city, meticulously planned to offer a refreshing and a superior living alternative to the citizens of Maldives. With wide roads, abundant greens and congestion free life.  

Welcome Speech and Project brief was given by the Developer Mr. Neeraj Gulati, Managing Director, Sandal Mauritius - Assotech Group. He highlighted and appreciated the proactive support given by the Chief Guest Hon. Mohamed Aslam, Minister of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure to make this project a reality. He stated Minister Aslam will not step back on taking tough decisions, as long as it concerns for the betterment of the citizens of the Maldives.  

Furthermore, Mr. Neeraj highlighted in his speech “One Central Park is not only a 3 bedroom, living, dining apartment. It is not just only at an unbeatable location, it is much more. It is a project that meets the aspiration of the young, modern, first time home buyers who want a house which fulfils their dreams with respect to the lifestyle they want to live. He was happy to announce that One Central Park is among the hit of the buyers without advertising or sales promotion; with 75% booking virtually sold”.  

Hon. Mohamed Aslam, Minister of National Planning, Housing and Infrastructure highlighted that “this project will surely make a dream come true for all the Maldivians, with the trust and support from Housing Development Corporation Ltd. (HDC) and leading building contractor in Maldives - Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt Ltd (RCC). This is a strong foundation which will be built for our future generations”. Vote of Thanks on behalf of the Contractor was given by Colonel (Rtd.) Mohamed Nazim, Chairman of Rasheed Carpentry and Construction Pvt Ltd (RCC). Heartfelt gratitude of appreciation was given to the High Commissioner of India to Maldives, Mr. Shir Sunjay Sudhir for the continuous support and introducing RCC to the international developers. This project is going to be a benchmark project that Maldivian companies can also work with International developers with the dedicated and talented staff we have. RCC team got the full support from Mr. Neeraj and his team. Mr. Nazim gave the full assurance with strong words for the buyers, ministers, financial institutions and all the special invitees that “RCC team will finish the project on time as per schedule and handover the project with quality by February 2023”.
