Ooredoo Maldives launches its e-Commerce Platform MOOLEE and enables Nationwide Delivery to Customers Doorstep

Ooredoo Maldives has officially launched Moolee, a first of its kind marketplace solution in the nation, which facilitates end-to-end fulfillment of the entire consumer journey including initial orders, online payments and nationwide delivery of goods.

Ooredoo Maldives announced the platform earlier this year at Mobile World Congress Barcelona. It was inaugurated in the Maldives today at a special ceremony held at Kurumba Maldives, by the President of Maldives, H. E Ibrahim Mohamed Solih and the Managing Director & CEO of Ooredoo Maldives, Najib Khan.

The initial phase launched today enables online purchase of all Ooredoo products. Over the coming months, this platform will enable an e-Commerce Marketplace for a wide range of sellers and buyers of consumer products and services including groceries, electronics, food delivery, health & education services. AI technologies in e-Commerce will allow seamless customer journeys and enable conveniences such as consumer data based recommendations, predictive analytics integrated customer support, and uninterrupted 24/7 service.
