Happy Market announces two-month paid leave for all employees under the brand's four resorts in the Maldives.

Operated by Angiri Resorts Management, the resorts include, Thulhagiri Island Resort, Angaga Island Resort & Spa, Dreamland The Unique Sea & Lake Resort & Spa and Safari Island Resort. 

Speaking to the local media, Happy Market General Manager Ali Ihusaan said that all employees of the previously mentioned four resorts will be given a paid leave effective from April 4 onwards for two months. He also wishes for all staff to spend quality time with family at homes. 

With the travel ban implemented by the government, airlines have ceased all operations except a few essential domestic route operations by local carriers. As such, Maldives is taking required measures to mitigate the impact of global pandemic, COVID-19.
