Patrick Duff has been appointed as the new Resort Manager of Vakkaru Maldives. A veteran of the hospitality industry, having worked in globally acclaimed hotel brands during his four decade long career, Duff comes on board Vakkaru Maldives to oversea the complete operations of the resort including Rooms, F&B, Recreation and Spa.

Duff has previously been associated with renowned luxury brands such as Ritz Carlton, Shangri-La, Fairmount and Starwood Luxury Collection to name a few. Before joining Vakkaru Maldives, Duff was working with Accor Resorts and Hotels in Phuket, Thailand, as Director of Operations. Diving deeper into his diverse experience portfolio, his former work hats include Director of F&B at W Taipei and One & Only Reethi Rah in Maldives, Resort Manager at Iniala Beach House in Thailand, and Resident Manager at Shangri-La Yanuca in Fiji.
