The festival has planed to commence at 4pm on 19th May and will continue till 20th May where through the night with a special nightglow event. Each balloon will carry 4 person at a time as it goes through the air and will be piloted by experienced and licensed operators.

Undoubtedly this will be a unique experience where passengers on the balloons will have breathtaking views of the ocean and surrounding islands. The nightglow event will see all the balloons lit up in bright colors - a treat for the photographers. 

The official Facebook page and Instagram of Maldives Hot Air Balloon has some offers with free tickets through special promotions in the days leading up to the event.

The event is also a good celebration and festival to enjoy as it accompanies different stalls promoting and selling different products, while an inflatable fun park at the festival grounds and local artists will be performing music during the two days.
