Coco collection is inviting MasterChef Judge Monica Galetti to Coco Bodu Hithi this October, where she will be hosting a delightful 6-course dinner to their guests.

Born in Samoa and brought up in New Zealand, Chef Monica Galetti moved to Britain in 1999 to work alongside Michel Roux Jr. at Le Gavroche in London. She became a household name in 2009 when she joined the BBC1 team as a judge on MasterChef: The Professionals and has gone on to co-present BBC2s Amazing Hotels Life Beyond the Lobby. In 2017, she and her husband opened their first restaurant, Mere, in London. Monica is the author of two bestselling books: Monicas Kitchen and The Skills.

Monica has created a 6-course menu, with wine pairing recommendations, which will give guests of Coco Bodu Hithi the chance to experience first-hand her passion for working with only the finest and fresh ingredients to create showstopping contemporary dishes. The exclusive menu takes inspiration from Monicas South Pacific heritage and celebrates the wonderful local seafood and produce available in the Maldives.
