Jointly led by the Presidents Office, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Finance, the Maldives will be represented at the highest level. His Excellency President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih will deliver opening remarks. Vice President Faisal Naseem and several cabinet Ministers will be present for the duration of this event, which will consist of information sessions on the Governments key priority areas and shine a light on potential new avenues for partnership.

The sessions will provide an overview of our achievements and future policy initiatives with regard to improving the Maldives macroeconomic and fiscal performance; investing in a blue economy; ensuring social outcomes; enhancing good governance, justice and the rule of law; and partnering for development.

This years MPF is one of the largest multilateral gatherings to be held in the Maldives in over a decade, signalling the keenness of our administration, and interest from our partners to positively engage in issues of mutual concern under President Ibrahim Mohamed Solihs administration. We welcome our partners to this event and are optimistic that it will yield a beneficial outcome for the Maldivian people.
